Litigation and anticipation caused health problems

The 2 April 2022 incident caused health problems for me

Namely 胃下垂 weixiachui, lack of 胆汁 danzhi, even indigestion and acid reflux

And just general digestive system discomfort. It started in the car trip going back home.

So I can understand when actors who aren’t so used to a big task, have to face it and overcome. They might not look like it, but they are taking stomach medicines. I know it’s not at all smooth sailing. It’s all accomplished while suffering. All that at an age like 15–16. That is deserving of great respect.

Student volunteer reapplication

Throughout my high school years I met you briefly as I was frequently at (or outside) L. In early 2019 I sent you some rude or confusing emails, but it was only in late 2019 that I mustered up the courage to visit unannounced. In total I only came twice and never formally completed my induction. But I very much wholeheartedly wanted to volunteer for you.

What happened next was that my (at the time) low academic abilities coupled with a desire for high achievement, caused me to be unable to attend. I was then attending the Supreme Court as part of a pilot program at the time run by the university to practice mooting in a real court environment. However, on the morning of the Wednesday of the final session, my mother collapsed and I was not present to prevent it.

Broadly speaking, she had a serious spinal cord injury which gave rise to many more conditions, mostly due to side effects of medications and overtreatment. She was also coerced and forced to consent to several treatments and examinations which caused further serious harm in both the short and long term, but especially in the long term.

The problem is that when many conditions are present in the same patient, side effects and harm are much less clear-cut in terms of proving to a court. It is also difficult when the present state of accepted medical practice is still at a far lower level compared to a rigorous holistic and logical analysis based on not only the latest scientific and medical research but also the patient’s own experience and sensitivity to the changes in their own body, which the doctor does not have access to.

I have witnessed the sheer strength of my mother’s medical knowledge and rigorous holistic logic. Even on the first day in hospital she was winning in every discussion with the medical professionals. However, she could not withstand excessive coercion. Her pain and suffering, her resilience and creativity over the years has now brought tears to my eyes, even more so because I have come to take it for granted.

I am now turning 22, and having seen some of the greatest examples of human achievement and the definite difference that holders of doctorate degrees (including my parents and teachers at university) have in daily life, I wish to be rid of my mediocrity and immaturity. I believe I am better than I was in 2019. Accordingly, I wish to re-apply to volunteer for you to the best of my ability. SARS-Cov-2 was also a reason preventing me from re-applying earlier.

Combine the above with a knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine which can slowly cure most chronic illnesses without side effects, and the fact that each patient is different, and what might work for most Australians might not work for my mother and causes serious harm instead, and one can understand generally that medical negligence law is also vastly under-developed and insufficient.

Recently I was shouldered with a very aggressive, complex and frightening case. This occurred on 2 April. I spent the rest of the day setting out the facts and exploring the relevant aspects of equity, contract law and property law. I have a rough outline of a fairly strong case, but I am still worried whether my case will stand up to an experienced lawyer’s scrutiny. Due to the severity of the case, I think this is an incident that marks a turning point in my life. It is certainly a wake-up call that has shown me the importance of real-world legal experience as opposed to legal studies. It has also compelled me to use and apply my legal knowledge to assist those with special disabilities and unequal bargaining powers.

This case has however, affected (and may continue to affect) my health and my studies. The other side may be willing to bully the weak. At this lowest point in my legal studies I am not sure whether you would be willing to become my mentor and reassure me.

Would you permit me to visit tomorrow at around 4 PM?

Please excuse the length.

I pledge my continuing allegiance to you.

Yours sincerely,

Noah

NO EXCUSES NO EXCUSES NO EXCUSES

I HAVE TO STOP PICKING UP ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS THINGS AND USING THEM AS AN EXCUSE TO CRITICISE

WHO CARES ABOUT CHILLIS AND MOULDY ONES THAT DIDN’T GET PUT IN THE FREEZER

WE CAN THROW IT ALL AWAY

WHO CARES ABOUT COMPOSTING, IT’S ALL GARBAGE

STOP TALKING ABOUT THESE WORTHLESS THINGS!!!

IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE LABELLED, YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN’T SAY, WHERE YOU SHOULD BE AND SHOULDN’T BE

BUT THINK ABOUT THE IMMENSE LOSS WE INCURRED THROUGH THIS AUCTION ALTHOUGH WE CAN PROBABLY FLING AWAY APPROACHING SOLDIERS THANKS TO THE GENERAL BEHIND ME — CHINESE PROVERB

THEY ALL SPOKE AS IF SHE WEREN’T DISABLED

I HATE THAT

BUT MY OWN FAILING — FAILING TO UNDERSTAND AND RECOGNISE HER SUFFERING, HOW UNENDURABLE IT WOULD BE IF I SUFFERED THE SAME THINGS.

This is a serious failing.

Spinal cord injury is chronic undying cancer. It leads to a whole host of problems, all of which she suffers.
